Applications are invited for appointment as a full-time faculty, to commerce for the initial appointment starting from 2025-08-01, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
 
 
The Department of Real Estate & Built Environment, National Taipei University located in New Taipei City, Taiwan is currently holding an open for potential candidates whose research areas are: (1) Urban Planning Theory & Practice accompanying with the ability to teach "Urban Development" and "Urban and Rural Climate Change and Disaster Resilience and Adaptation" courses. (2) Public administration or policy evaluation with the ability to teach "Land Policy” course.
 
 
 

1. Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. degree in related research field universities in Taiwan or abroad, which is acknowledged by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
2. Ph.D. candidates who have not yet obtained their degree are required to obtain the official Ph.D. degree certificate before February 1, 2025.
3. The appointee who had taken courses related to the above areas and should have the ability to teaching courses in English.
4. The applicants are required to make a brief presentation of their representative publication in English.

2. Starting date: August 1, 2025.

1. Provide the List of Representative and Reference Publications (T1).
2. Curriculum vitae (including an autobiography with your recent photo and academic expertise) (T2)
3. A full copy of your representative publication, PhD thesis, and all publications.
4. A photocopy of your doctoral degree certificate and transcript
5. Photocopies of all the employment verifications (a letter of appointment or other documents).
6. Teacher certificate (optional).
7. Photocopy of ID or passport.
8. Other supporting materials.
