工作內容
協助政府單位與民間企業辦理土地開發評估、招商(如公辦都更、捷運聯合開發、BOT)之相關專業顧問工作，提供業主土地開發之解決方案，涉及領域包含：
1. 不動產最適開發方案評估
2. 政府土地招商與民間備標顧問
3. 資產活化利用及招商策略等
以具備不動產市場、財務評估、都市計畫、都市更新等專業背景為佳
職務類別：顧問、都市／交通規劃人員、財務分析／財務人員
工作待遇：待遇面議（經常性薪資達 4 萬元或以上）
工作性質：全職
上班地點：台北市信義區臺北101
管理責任：不需負擔管理責任
出差外派：需出差，一年累積時間未定
上班時段：日班，9:00~18:00
休假制度：週休二日
可上班日：一個月內

條件要求
工作經歷：3年以上
學歷要求：大學以上
科系要求：都巿規劃相關、公共行政相關、一般商業學類
語文條件：
英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
台語 -- 精通
擅長工具：Sketch up、Adobe Photoshop、Word、Project、PowerPoint、Outlook、Excel、Adobe Acrobat
工作技能：提案與簡報技巧、都市計畫規劃分析與設計、都市計畫研究調查與管理、市場調查資料分析與報告撰寫、研討會／講座活動規劃與執行、不動產相關法規、行銷製作物規劃與執行、不動產諮詢與服務、不動產投資應用能力、不動產估價與實務應用、不動產分析與資料蒐集、財務報表分析、稅收及買賣契約相關事項、財務策略建議與分析、財務報表製作、財務金融與風險管理、專案規劃執行╱範圍管理、建築相關法令
具備駕照：輕型機車、普通小型車
其他條件：個性溫和、善於溝通、積極樂觀、具備政府專案計畫執行經驗者尤佳
