工作內容
1.收集及整理相關不動產資料
2.蒐集市場資訊
3.製作分析物件資料
4.協助各部門業務進行投資開發及相關分析報告
5.更新公司年報和季報資料
6.提供公司相關不動產資料分析新聞稿 資料
7. 以具備流利英文，並有不動產市場、財務評估、都市計畫等專業背景為佳
職務類別：不動產估價師、代書／地政士、土地開發人員
工作待遇：待遇面議（經常性薪資達 4 萬元或以上）
工作性質：全職
上班地點：台北市信義區臺北101
管理責任：不需負擔管理責任
出差外派：無需出差外派
上班時段：日班
