The course is co-taught by Professor Lin Ying-Chen from the Department of Real Estate and Built Environment and Dr. Aylin Topal, a visiting lecturer from the Middle East Technical University, Turkey. Through the instructors’ perspectives on urban development, political economy, and sustainability, the course guides students to identify topics of interest and explore them through group discussions and international case studies.
