Our department will host the " Taiwan_Indonesia International Conference on Enhancing Urban Resilience " on April 30, 2025, at the National Taipei University Public Affairs Building.

This symposium will focus on natural disaster risk monitoring and spatial planning, with a particular emphasis on case studies from Taiwan and Indonesia. We have invited researchers from Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Diponegoro, the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) of Indonesia, the Center for Environmental Remote Sensing (CEReS) at Chiba University in Japan, and relevant scholars from our university to participate in the conference and present academic papers.

The symposium aims to share experiences and new knowledge in various aspects of natural disaster risk analysis, monitoring, and spatial planning strategies, establish and strengthen connections between scholars from both countries, and promote more academic exchanges and collaboration opportunities in the future.
